Job summary

Charlie Bigham's is seeking a Master Data professional to lead data quality and costing governance across the business. You will own data standards, drive process improvements and coordinate data owners and stakeholders to enable accurate reporting and efficient operations.

The role focuses on governance, costing integrity, and enabling change across Food master data and related processes, with collaboration across functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience improving and embedding cross-functional business processes in a complex environment.
• Experience with master data or critical product/recipe data and costing controls.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior and operational teams.
• Ability to translate problems into practical improvement plans.
• Attention to data quality, ownership, standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Food Master Data and Costing: manage master data, validate costing and support standard costing.
• Governance: own standards, ownership models, controls and governance for master data areas.
• Data quality: define measures, monitor accuracy and coordinate issue resolution.
• Projects: support change initiatives and ensure data requirements are met.
• Adoption: train and guide teams on new processes and data standards.
