Job summary

Oxoid Remel Microbiology, part of the Global Supply Chain, seeks a Manager, Master Data Management to lead data governance and standardization across Item Master, BOMs, Formulas, Recipes, Vendor Master and Customer Master.

You will build a strategic MDM program and collaborate with IT and business partners to ensure data quality and SOX/privacy compliance, while mentoring a team to enable reliable decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global MDM programs
• Experience with integrated systems (Oracle, Kinaxis, EDI, Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet)
• Biotech/pharma/healthcare industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality

Responsibilities

• Provide Microbiology Division with a trusted single version of accurate data
• Create and implement a Master Data Management strategy
• Establish governance relating to data quality and standards
• Collaborate across business functions to improve data integration
• Define guidelines to ensure data standards meet business needs
• Lead data management projects and mentor the team
• Align with Enterprise Data Architecture and BI teams
