Job summary

True North Talent Limited is recruiting a Business Process & Master Data Manager in Bristol or London to own broad data and process remit. You'll improve master data quality, costing, and governance while influencing senior stakeholders across Finance, IT and Operations.

The role offers substantial autonomy within a newly created Programme & Change function, with exposure to cross-functional data strategy and business change projects.

Qualifications

• Experience improving and embedding cross-functional business processes within a complex operational environment.
• Experience working with master data or business-critical information such as product, recipe, costing, etc.
• Experience validating information and improving controls at source.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior teams.
• Ability to translate unclear problems into practical requirements and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and validate master data across Food, costing and reporting processes.
• Provide costing assurance and investigate discrepancies across systems.
• Develop understanding of standard costing and labour models; explain anomalies.
• Collaborate with NPD, Finance and operations to resolve issues.
• Embed data, costing and approval controls across processes.
• Act as SME for master data within the Innovation process.
