North Somerset / Bristol (Hybrid - 3 days pw in office) is the location for a newly created Data Manager role. Up to £70k + excellent benefits. The role focuses on data governance, reporting and business intelligence to support decisions across the organisation.

It sits at the intersection of Technology, Operations and Engineering, aiming to ensure data is trusted, accessible and used effectively. You will shape future data landscapes and drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience managing business systems, data and reporting functions.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
• Experience with ERP and CRM platforms.
• SQL and reporting / BI experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering process improvement and systems optimisation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain data governance standards and best practices.
• Improve data quality, consistency and integrity across the organisation.
• Develop and enhance reporting and management information capabilities.
• Create a trusted "single source of truth" for business-critical information.
• Drive data-led decision making through meaningful insights and KPI reporting.
• Own and optimise core business systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Manage system integrations and data flows across the technology estate.
• Work with internal stakeholders to maximise system adoption and value.
• Support future digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with leaders across Operations, Finance, Engineering and Commercial functions.
• Translate business requirements into practical systems and data solutions.
• Challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with third-party technology suppliers and partners.
