Job summary

Sofina Foods Europe is seeking a Master Data Controller to ensure quality, accuracy and governance of data supporting operations across the business. You will handle product, supplier, customer, financial and manufacturing data and collaborate with stakeholders across sites in the UK and beyond.

The role emphasizes data integrity, process improvement and timely reporting to enable informed decision‑making and compliant operations. Leeds-based, onsite role with cross‑functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Highly detail‑oriented with strong data‑entry, administration and analytical skills.
• Comfortable identifying and resolving data‑quality issues.
• Able to assess the wider business impact of data changes.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confident communicating with stakeholders across different functions and locations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Adaptable and comfortable working within changing systems, processes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and govern master data across product, supplier, customer, employee, financial and manufacturing systems
• Ensure records meet agreed standards and data governance requirements
• Set up and update master records to support day‑to‑day business operations
• Manage approved mass data updates and changes to data standards
• Partner with stakeholders to maintain data integrity throughout the product lifecycle
• Monitor system interfaces and resolve data‑quality issues where required
• Produce reports that support data accuracy, validation and governance activities
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and control
