IKEA Glasgow is seeking a Commercial SFM & Bistro Manager to lead our Swedish Food Market and Bistro teams, driving daily operations and delivering commercial success. You will oversee takeaway bites and the specialty food shop, shaping guest experiences and managing a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, food safety awareness, and a customer-focused mindset to drive growth and ensure quality service.

• An enthusiasm for food and leadership experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise and organise your own and others workload.
• Significant commercial knowledge and food safety awareness with experience of working in a food service business.
• Business-minded and goal orientated with a customer focus, ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives and open to change.
• Leading others, you will have good communication skills that can assist to build relationships with co-workers and customers.

As Commercial Swedish Food Market & Bistro Manager, you'll lead the team behind our takeaway bites and specialty food shop - driving daily operations, delighting customers, and delivering commercial success with every delicious detail.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be: November 2026 and can be discussed at interview.
• The starting salary for this role is £30,000 per annum, based on competence and experience.
• 39 Hours working 5 days per week including alternate weekends
