Job summary

Greencore is recruiting a Hygiene Operative for night shifts at our Holbeach St Marks site. You will work as part of a small, focused team to keep production areas clean and compliant with COSHH and PPE requirements.

The role involves deep cleaning, equipment dismantling for thorough sanitisation, and maintaining standards to support audit scores and customer expectations. Training and career development are provided within a large multinational company.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of food safety best practice.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow SOPs.
• Able to work nights and in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safe and effective use of cleaning chemicals in COSHH compliant manner.
• Strip and clean basic equipment and machinery, report issues promptly.
• Clean dollies, eurobins and equipment through traywash systems.
• Load and operate cardboard bailer/compactor and other cleaning duties.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in production areas.
