Job summary

Squire's Garden Centres is looking for a customer-focused assistant to support shoppers on Sundays. You will welcome customers, answer queries politely, and help identify needs to guide product choices. The role also involves upholding merchandising standards and keeping the shop tidy as directed by store guidelines.

Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager, you will contribute to a positive shopping experience and learn about our products and services through hands-on experience.

• Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by:
• Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
• Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
• Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
• Excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines
