Qualifications

• Passion for M&S Food products and customer service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Comfortable using Sparks App and in-store devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions and selling.
• Maintain high service standards during peak times.
