Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) invites applicants to join a four-year Engineering Maintenance Apprenticeship Programme in East Kilbride. You will work with our site teams, gain hands-on experience, and study for a Food and Drink Engineering Maintenance qualification.

The programme starts with a five-month residential period in Liverpool funded by CCEP, followed by on-site learning. A Level 3 Apprenticeship is earned on completion, with a starting salary of £27,492 and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) including Maths and English; National 5 qualifications in Scotland.
• No previous technical experience required; eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Four-year programme immerses you in Engineering operations with site teams.
• Residential first five months at Northwest Training Council in Liverpool, accommodation funded by CCEP.
• Return to CCEP Manufacturing site for on‑the‑job learning after residential phase.
• Starting salary of £27,492 with annual salary reviews.
