Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
• No prior technical experience required; eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
• Eligible to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Engineering operations alongside site teams and educational partner.
• Develop technical skills through on‑the‑job coaching and structured training.
• Complete the Level 3 Apprenticeship in Food and Drink Maintenance Engineering.
