John Lewis Partnership’s Waitrose Hale Barns counter role offers a chance to showcase knowledge of food, ethical sourcing, and customer service at a new store opening. You’ll engage with customers, maintain counter presentation, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Roles are temporary with flexible hours. Typical shifts Monday to Friday 07:00–21:00, 27.5–37.5 hours/week, with a night premium and progression after 90 days.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills to work with customers and team.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for your own food counter with high hygiene standards.
• Manage stock levels to ensure popular items are available.
• Handle open food with due diligence and health & safety protocols.
