Waitrose Hale Barns is recruiting Partners for our new service counters. You’ll bring knowledge and passion for food, celebrate ethical sourcing, and suggest recipes to customers. You’ll help build trust and loyalty for the Waitrose brand while supporting sales and ensuring high presentation and hygiene standards across the counter.

Join the founding team of a new Waitrose shop opening on 12th November 2026. Full-time and part-time hours available (27.5–37.5 per week, Mon–Fri 07:00–21:00).

Competenze

• Communication skills to enable you to work effectively as part of a team and with our customers.

Mansioni

• Take responsibility for your food counter with top presentation and hygiene at all times.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure popular products are available when needed.
• Work with open food, follow due diligence and health & safety, help reduce waste.
• Keep up to date with new products and Waitrose food values (animal welfare).
• Support the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks when required.
