Night premium applies for hours between 22:00 and 06:00, with flexible/rotating shifts to support the branch. The role offers permanent, part-time hours and a salary aligned with Waitrose pay scales.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is welcomed.
• Interest in food trends and flexible to support the whole branch.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for your food counter ensuring high presentation and hygiene standards.
• Maintain stock levels to ensure popular products are available.
• Handle open food with due care and follow health & safety protocols to reduce waste.
• Keep up-to-date with Waitrose's food values such as animal welfare.
• Assist the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks.
