Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member for Silvermere Care Home in Cobham, Surrey. You will support dining service and assist residents with meals, delivering friendly, person-centered care in a busy residential setting.

You will ensure tables are set to SOPs, replenish cakes, fruit and finger foods, and respect residents’ dietary requirements while upholding high hygiene standards. A DBS check and UK work eligibility are required.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
• Experience in a similar setting, restaurant or hotel would be desirable.
• A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals.
• Assist residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.
• Ensure dining tables are set in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Keep front of house clean, tidy and well-presented; remove and replenish dirty crockery throughout the day.
• Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits, finger foods and fresh fruit options are available and replenished.
• Be aware of residents' dietary requirements.
