Job Description

• As our next F&B Team Leader, you…

Behave and act in an exemplary manner, embodying the brand mindset.

Supervise the Food and Beverage Department team, helping them improve their skills and supporting their career development.

Enhance sales, service quality, and promote services in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Convey the hotel's image through your attitude, professionalism, and involvement.

Ensure all products served to guests meet standards and are of good quality.

Develop revenue and profit margins.

Assist the hotel in meeting its targets.

Provide information to guests within your field or direct them to the appropriate person.

Remain polite and courteous at all times, regardless of customer requests.

Handle complaints promptly and sensibly, keeping the manager informed.

Additional Information

You will have the opportunity to be part of a high-energy, fun team delivering excellent customer service daily.

Our hotel offers 356 rooms, located very close to London Heathrow Airport, featuring a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a large outdoor car park.

Fluency in English is required to best welcome and care for our guests.
