voco Zeal Exeter Science Park is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the team in delivering exceptional dining experiences at our Exeter venue. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

The package includes a salary of £27,485 per year plus a service charge and a 40-hour week over 5 days, with opportunities to coordinate events and drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with high standards of service.
• Willing to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their duties.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
