Job summary

voco Fareham-Solent in Fareham is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team and ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. The role offers a salary of £27,476.80 per annum plus service charge, with 40 hours per week across 5 days.

You will oversee the team, assist with service, maintain dining areas to health and safety standards, resolve guest inquiries, and support events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their duties
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
