Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant for the voco Fareham-Solent property on an occasional worker basis. You will be at the heart of guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

The role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with eligibility to work in the UK verified. Join a team focused on customer satisfaction, health and safety standards, and smooth operations

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
