Job summary

Holiday Inn Reading-South is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the team and deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests.

You will oversee service, assist with food and beverage preparation, maintain cleanliness, resolve guest inquiries, and support events.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food and Beverage team and their duties.
• Assist in preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas per health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Support the team in operational duties including setting up/clearing tables and inventory management.
• Assist in coordinating and executing events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably.
