Would you like to work for the charity that cares for hundreds of historic sites in every corner of England? We are looking for 2 Food and Beverage Supervisors to join us at Kenwood House. No history background? No problem. What is important to us is a passion for people and excellent customer service.
You will enjoy working with others as part of a team and understand what makes excellent customer service to deliver great quality through our food and unique settings.
You'll be optimising every opportunity to generate income for the food and beverage department, supervising the food and beverage assistants team with training and coaching. You'll also be involved in engaging the local community with what's happening on site as well as ensuring that the site itself and its assets are safe and secure.

We are looking for someone who can bring their experience of providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting and strong staff supervisory skills as well as being able to work independently.
