Stamford Bridge Hotel is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to play a key role in managing the food and beverage experience, ensuring guests receive fast, friendly and efficient service at all times.

You will report to the Food and Beverage Manager working towards providing our guests with a memorable experience of the restaurant.

As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring team member's performance, coaching, training, and assisting where necessary
• Compilation of reports and communication to all areas daily
• To deal with any immediate guest complain in the outlets, and follow up the outcome, informing Heads of Departments daily
• Supervising all areas for cleanliness, proper operations and systems that will improve guest satisfaction and service
• Ensuring all scheduling is in place to ensure high standard of service according to business levels
• Supervising all food safety, health and safety policies and procedures
• Ability to transmit a hospitality culture to the team, making the place work fun, professional and safe
  
  

To be successful in the role of Food and Beverage Supervisor we require:

• Food Safety Level 2 preferred
• Previous Bar, Restaurant and Room Service experience in a similar sized Hotel
• Available to work shifts, weekends and occasional nights, as required
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
