A prestigious hotel in Dartford is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee service in their fine dining restaurant. The role includes managing a team, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining high standards. Candidates must have supervisory experience in a quality food service environment and a passion for guest service. A competitive salary of £26,000 per annum plus monthly service charge payment is offered, along with a range of benefits.

Working in our RGs Fine Dining Restaurant the Food & Beverage Supervisor will have responsibility for the service of food and beverage to residents, spa guests and local visitors for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Candidates will be working on a shift pattern across 5 days including weekends, working two of the three meal services each day.
We also operate our Elements Brasserie, Bar and Lounge as well as a range of beautiful private dining rooms for functions, weddings, celebrations, conferences and other events.
