Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver great hospitality across our Restaurant, Sports Bar, Lounge Bar, Meeting Rooms, and Event space.

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate staff schedules and manage shifts
• Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain high standards of service quality and efficiency
• Train and mentor new staff members
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall success

Qualifications
