Hours of Work - 37.5 hours a week

About the Role

As a Team Leader for Hobbycraft, you will support the management team and help drive sales, alongside developing and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Operate the till and accurately handle cash, credit/debit cards, and gift card transactions.
  • Oversee operations including merchandising, goods in, warehouse operations, and duty management responsibilities.
  • Support and coach new colleagues.
  • Coordinate the workload of colleagues.
About you
  • A minimum of 1 year’s previous retail experience is essential (managerial or supervisory roles are advantageous).
  • Must be passionate about all things craft and eager to inspire others.
  • Ability to learn and share product expertise to meet customer needs.
  • High levels of enthusiasm, drive, and motivation.
  • Confident and clear communication skills.
  • Must be flexible to accommodate the business trading needs.
