Working in this stunning 45-bedroom boutique lifestyle hotel on the beachfront of Cooden Beach, you will be joining a new dynamic and passionate team at The Relais Cooden Beach. Your role as the F&B Supervisor is to support and ensure the delivery of an exceptional guest experience consistently. You will be committed to operating at the highest level and encouraging your team to do the same.

You will be a confident communicator with an engaging personality, supporting the F&B Manager in supervising and developing the team. You must be able to role model to your team and ensure they are always friendly, helpful, smart, and presentable.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor/Team Leader
• Proven ability to support and inspire a young team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and remain focused
• Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
