Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our on-site team. You will lead a welcoming bar and restaurant experience, ensuring safety and cleanliness while delivering memorable service to every guest.

You will inspire kitchen and bar operations, manage workloads, and contribute to maintaining strong guest satisfaction. A passion for hospitality, excellent communication, and a can-do attitude are essential for success in our busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service in the bar and restaurant.

What you’ll be doing as a Food & Beverage Supervisor

• Loving change and finding innovative ways to put a smile on every customers face
• Juggling customers in our bar and restaurant
• Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness
• Inspiring your kitchen & bar operations teams to deliver memorable service across food & beverage, instilling trust in them to create an outstanding experience
• Contributing towards delivering a consistently outstanding Food & Beverage service to all guests in our hotel
• Developing your understanding on how to positively influence your P&L, whilst being savvy in your contribution to managing labour margins
• Anticipating customers need and delivering a focus on enhancing customer experience.
