If you share these values, we invite you to embark on an exciting journey with us as a Food & Beverage Manager at the award winning Rusacks, St Andrews.

Position Overview:

  • We do the right thing: Uphold the highest ethical standards in all business practices, from inventory management to financial reporting. Lead by example to foster a culture of trust and transparency.
  • We pursue excellence: Strive for perfection in food and beverage service. Implement quality control measures, innovative menu offerings, and ensure that our standards remain unmatched.
  • We are all entrepreneurs: Encourage creativity, innovation, and calculated risk-taking among your team. Inspire them to treat our department as their own mini-business within the company, always seeking new opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a similar upscale or multisite hospitality environment.
  • A track record of exceptional leadership, exemplifying our core values in your work.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, food and beverage trends, and the ability to adapt to market changes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
What We Offer:

Aside from an OTE annual salary of circa £65,000 per annum, plus bonus, we pride ourselves in offering:
