We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join us and oversee the day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Management Team and become instrumental in driving our product forward, using a creative mind, passionate approach, and meticulous attention to detail to stay ahead of the curve.

This role will lead the delivery of service excellence through the development of our team, with continuous visibility to staff and guests alike.

1. Leadership: Manage, direct, and develop departmental heads and their teams, leading from the front and working alongside them. Create clear guidelines, track progress, and implement changes or improvements. Monitor and provide feedback on performance and acknowledge achievements. Promote teamwork in an inspiring, mentoring, and motivating manner.
2. Finance: Display strong financial acumen to control all departmental costs and manage operational department P&Ls. A proven track record in commerciality, financial/budget awareness, and data literacy is essential.
3. Project Management: Take responsibility for allocated projects, identify opportunities for further projects, strategize, plan, present, deliver, and follow through.
4. Responsibility/Accountability: Take ownership of day-to-day operations, delegate where necessary, and empower management to make decisions. Work proactively and efficiently to deliver goals, objectives, and projects within agreed timeframes.
5. Effective Communication: Confident and clear delivery of detailed information. Integrity and consistency are key. Be approachable and listen to gain followership from the team.

Our ideal candidate will have substantial previous experience in hotel management at a similar level in a luxury hotel, with strong knowledge of food and beverage and events operations. You will have a proven track record of identifying opportunities, delivering projects, and managing change, as well as strong commercial awareness.
