We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join us and oversee the day-to-day operations. This role will lead the delivery of service excellence through the development of our team, with continuous visibility to staff and guests alike.
Our ideal candidate will have substantial previous experience in hotel management at a similar level in a luxury hotel, with strong knowledge of food and beverage and events operations. You will have a proven track record of identifying opportunities, delivering projects, and managing change, as well as strong commercial awareness.
