Job summary

Haven is seeking an experienced F&B Operational Support Manager to join our Central Operations team on a fixed-term contract until May 2027. Field-based with regular travel to parks and the office, you will partner with Heads of F&B and park leaders to drive our strategy, safeguard brand standards, and deliver measurable business results.

You will influence across teams, deliver targeted training, and champion safety while focusing on guest delight and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven F&B leadership on Haven parks with understanding of park structure.
• Strong communication, coaching, and people development skills.
• Sharp numeracy with Margin Management and P&L knowledge.

This is your chance to step into a visible, high-impact role where you'll partner with park teams across Haven to drive excellence, innovation, and guest delight.
