English Heritage is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for Tintagel Castle. You will oversee the cafe operations, lead a team of F&B staff, and drive income while maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

We are looking for a experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. The role is full time and permanent. You'll be on a permanent full part time basis, working 36 hours per week.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage professional to drive and lead the team towards improving income and standards at Tintagel Castle. This position offers an excellent opportunity for you to develop leadership skills, expand operational knowledge, and play a key role in enhancing our visitor experience around the whole site.
As a Food & Beverage Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our cafe, leading and supporting our team of food and beverage assistants to ensure excellent customer service, helping to develop our F&B offer and ensuring full compliance with Food Safety Legislation, COSHH, HACCP and other legislation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in future development of the F&B offer, considering ways things can be done better, more efficiently and in a cost-effective way. You will have excellent attention to detail, leading a small team to maintain the highest levels of customer service, cleanliness and presentation.
