Job summary

Champneys Forest Mere is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, café and conference dining. You will be hands-on, inspiring your team, driving standards and ensuring every guest leaves delighted.

You will oversee restaurant and bar operations, manage budgets, recruit and develop staff, and work with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey across all outlets. Competitive salary and benefits apply.

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our restaurant, café and conference dining operations, ensuring every service is seamless, every space is immaculate, and every guest leaves delighted. You'll be a visible, hands‑on manager, supporting your supervisors and team, driving standards on the floor, and creating an environment where service excellence comes naturally.

£37,000 per annum
