Job summary

Champneys Henlow is recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant, café and conference dining operations with hands-on leadership. You’ll ensure superb service, immaculate spaces and seamless guest experiences across all outlets, including conferences and room service.

As a visible manager you’ll drive standards, manage budgets, recruit and develop your team, and maintain health, safety and compliance while delivering memorable hospitality in a premium wellness setting.

About The Role

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our restaurant, café and conference dining operations, ensuring every service is seamless, every space is immaculate, and every guest leaves delighted.

You’ll be a visible, hands‑on manager, supporting your supervisors and team, driving standards on the floor, and creating an environment where service excellence comes naturally.
