Job summary

Daniel Thwaites is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Member to join a friendly, busy hospitality team in the UK. You will greet guests warmly, take orders and deliver excellent service as part of a trusted family of properties.

You’ll be supported with career progression, access to staff benefits and on-site facilities, including a gym and discounted stays, while delivering memorable experiences to guests.

Qualifications

• It would be ideal if you have previous experience in a bar, café or restaurant, but a great work ethic is more important.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile and deliver excellent customer service.
• Take food and drink orders and serve guests with a high standard of service.
• Assist with menu suggestions and recommendations.
• Prepare tables for guest visits and maintain high standards at all times.
• Provide warm hospitality to encourage guests to return and ensure teamwork.
