Job summary

Hosco is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for Eden Locke in Edinburgh to lead the on-floor operations of the coffee shop by day and wine/cocktail bar by night, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, stock, costs and profitability, coach the team, schedule rotas, and collaborate with Reception and hotel teams to deliver a memorable hospitality experience.

Food & Beverage Manager – Eden Locke, Edinburgh We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join the team at Eden Locke, Edinburgh . Our F&B space is at the heart of the hotel. By day, it is a relaxed coffee shop serving our guests, local community and visitors. As the day moves on, it transforms into a welcoming wine and cocktail bar. We are looking for someone who enjoys being hands on, leading from the front and working closely with their team . You will play a key role in shaping the F&B experience while working closely with the hotel team to create a seamless experience for our guests.

About the Job

As F&B Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation and overall performance of our F&B offering . This is a hands on role. You will be on the floor, working alongside your team, supporting service, speaking with guests and making sure everything runs smoothly. You will also take ownership of the commercial side of the operation, including budgets, stock, costs and profitability. You will work closely with the wider hotel team, supporting events, activations and the overall guest experience. We are a collaborative environment, so communication and teamwork are a big part of the role.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, confident leading a team and comfortable getting stuck in. You will ideally have:

• Previous experience managing a Food & Beverage operation or a similar hospitality environment.
• A genuine passion for food, drinks and creating great guest experiences.
• Good knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of budgets, costs and profitability.
• Experience managing, coaching and developing a team.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A practical, organised and solution focused approach.
• Confidence using POS, stock management and other hospitality systems.
