Job summary

Eden Locke Edinburgh is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across our coffee shop by day and wine and cocktail bar by night. You will be hands on, on the floor with your team, shaping guest experiences and ensuring service excellence.

In this role you will own the F&B operation, including budgets, stock, costs and profitability, while working closely with the wider hotel team to deliver a seamless guest journey and memorable experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a Food & Beverage operation or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong guest service mindset and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails beneficial.
• Good commercial awareness with understanding of budgets and profitability.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B team from the front, setting the standard for service and guest experience.
• Oversee the daily operation of the coffee shop and evening wine and cocktail bar.
• Create a welcoming, relaxed and memorable experience for guests and customers.
• Coach, support and develop the team, building a positive working environment.
• Manage rotas, time and attendance, training and team performance.
• Take ownership of F&B budgets, costs and profitability, identifying opportunities to improve performance.
• Manage stock levels, ordering and inventory while maintaining quality and controlling costs.
• Monitor guest feedback and use it to continuously improve service and offering.
• Handle guest issues and complaints confidently, providing positive solutions.
• Collaborate with Reception, Operations and other hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Support events, activations and lifestyle programming.
