Your Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Events team at The Fife Arms Hotel, Braemar as a hands-on, operational Events Coordinator!

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a similar level of experience, a passion for excellent service, and a desire to develop your skills.

As Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Working alongside the events team to assist with achieving a smooth service during events in our private dining spaces, both on-site and off-site
• Ensuring that service is performed in a professional manner and to the standards of The Fife Arms
• Operating the pass with maximum efficiency and cleanliness
• Ensuring the tidiness and cleanliness of the private dining areas, back of house, and the common areas
• Taking complete responsibility for your working area
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen and senior staff
• Organising and assisting with all preparation needed prior to service
• Preparing the mise-en-place for events
• Efficiently completing tasks independently and as part of a team operating events
• Setting up and taking down the private dining areas to a high standard, following the requirements of the event laid out in the floor plan and Function Sheet
• Assisting in preparing event-related operation documents such as menus, floor plans, table plans, etc.
