Are you passionate and eager to make a difference? Look no further, Crimson Hotels has an excellent opportunity for a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team at its Crown Plaza Lond Gatwick Hotel.

The Crimson hotels is a fast growing, independently owned hotel group who own and manage seven branded hotels, operating under two major brands of Hilton and IHG.

As Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play an important part in making this happen. You will work alongside colleagues in delivering outstanding customer service to our guests and clients, at the Crowne Plaza London Gatwick Hotel (IHG).

Primary responsibilities include greeting and serving customers across all our service outlets (bar, club lounge, conference area and restaurant), room service delivery, setting up and closing of service outlets, and ensuring the cleanliness of the service outlets in line with regulatory standards.

Personal qualities and experience

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Experience of working in hospitality or a service driven environment
• Adaptable, enthusiastic, energetic, and solution focused approach
• Outstanding communication skills and command of the English Language
• The position involves prolonged periods of standing as part of daily responsibilities
• Team player
• Eligibility to work in the UK
