Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant for Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa. The role involves supporting dining areas, bars and service spaces with meticulous service, table settings and stock management, delivering a memorable guest experience.

This full-time, permanent position includes weekend rota work, a starting hourly rate of £13 plus service charge and benefits, and opportunities for development within a renowned hotel group.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant and bar or food & beverage experience.
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to hospitality.
• Willingness to work weekends on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of food and drink service in dining areas, bars and service spaces to the highest standards.
• Ensure tables are beautifully set and service stations are stocked and presented with care.
• Collaborate with team to provide excellent guest experiences and uphold the venue’s reputation.
