Hours: Full-time, weekday and weekend working. No evening shifts.
Duration: Fixed term until 28/2/2026.
Salary: £27,500.
Interview date: Wednesday 27th November.
Potential start date: Monday 2nd December.

The role involves managing a high-performing team, ensuring the successful operation of our three outlets, and maintaining excellent customer service. Our team is one of the largest F&B teams in the National Trust and the highest grossing site in the London & South East Region, providing an excellent opportunity for career growth. The role reports to the Senior F&B Manager on site, with no evening work.
What you'll be doing: As Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to oversee operations, uphold high standards, and continually improve service. You’ll support team recruitment, training, and development, ensure compliance with legislation and policies, and set financial targets to increase income and profits. Training in allergens, food safety, and professional development will be provided, with opportunities for further training.
