Mercure Gold Coast Resort is an oasis located amongst expansive gardens on the Gold Coast. Overlooking the Oasis pool and the ninth hole of the Palm Meadows Golf Course, The Green Dining restaurant and The Cart Bar & Kitchen welcomes our guests, with extensive conference facilities hosting a range of exciting events.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated leader to join our team, who will report to, and working collaboratively with, the Food & Beverage Services Manager. This role is key to bringing the Resort's casual dining concepts to life while leading and inspiring the team, instilling a culture of guest passion, and drive financial performance.
This role will work across The Green Dining, The Cart Bar & Kitchen, Conferencing & Events, and the seasonal poolside Oasis Bar.
