Key Duties

1. Greet and serve customers in a friendly manner on arrival.
2. Conduct yourself professionally at all times, adhering to My Time’s Code of Conduct and standards.
3. Follow Food Hygiene and Health & Safety Regulations when preparing, cooking, and delivering food.
4. Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
5. Follow food and drink labelling guidance and stock rotation procedures.
6. Keep vending machines fully stocked and assist with refilling them.
7. Operate a cash register accurately, following My Time’s cash handling and financial procedures.
8. Accept deliveries, check items against delivery notes, and store them securely.
9. Maintain the F&B area in a safe, clean, and warm condition before opening to customers.
10. Perform safety and cleaning inspections as required.
11. Keep working areas clean and presentable at all times.
12. Supervise the front of house during functions, events, and societies.
13. Report defective services, equipment, or facilities to the manager.
14. Conserve energy and minimise wastage.
15. Wear a clean uniform with a name badge.
16. Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
17. This role includes lone working, some team working, and key holding responsibilities.

Ideally, candidates will have experience working in a busy bar setting, but full training will be provided. The role involves serving alcohol and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Flexibility is required to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
