Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple food and beverage outlets with different service styles.
• Attend briefings and relay information to your team.
• Manage teams and ensure smooth operation across outlets.
• Drive sales and promote upselling.
• Handle feedback and complaints promptly.
• Assist in training and developing team members.
• Process payments and manage till reconciliation.
• Adhere to licensing and alcohol policies.
