Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment during events.
• Coordinate service across premium restaurants and bars on match-days.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and management teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure licensing and Alcohol policies are followed at all times.
