About the role
The Garden Court Brasserie restaurant, seating 110, has been serving locals and guests for many years at the Chateau on the Park – Christchurch, a DoubleTree by Hilton.
We are currently looking for a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor. In this role, you will manage the performance of the hotel restaurant outlet while on shift, support your team with daily activities, and ensure brand service standards are met with the highest quality. You will lead and develop your team to ensure a consistent, high level of service.
Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor is preferred. We seek a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, professional presentation, and the ability to motivate and guide the team.
Excellent communication skills are essential for team building and liaising with other hotel departments.
