One of the first purpose-built hotels in Europe, Queens Hotel was built on the site of the original Sherborne Spa, and became a venue for nobility and royalty visiting Cheltenham to restore, renew, and revive.

Our team’s combined experience enables us to provide the very best customer service in a luxury setting where guests can enjoy our history and explore the charming villages and countryside of the Cotswolds.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly team. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead shifts, supervise the front-of-house team, and support the Food & Beverage Management in daily operations — including our Bar, Lounge, Garden, and Restaurant.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating the team during service for a high-quality guest experience
  • Assisting with training, development, and daily briefings for the F&B team
  • Maintaining standards across all service areas
  • Supporting management with stock control and health & safety procedures
  • Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a food and beverage environment
  • A genuine passion for food, drink, and hospitality
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
