Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant in the United Kingdom to support all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service and events. You will greet guests warmly, take and serve orders, and ensure consistently high service standards, while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.

This casual role offers flexible shifts, the ability to work additional hours, and access to modern team member areas.

• Support all F&B operations: Work across bar, restaurant, room service, and events
• Delight our guests: Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure a consistently high level of service
• Prepare tables with precision: Set and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins, and cleaning and placing tableware
• Ensure cleanliness and safety: Keep work areas clean and organized
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
