Job summary

Cameron House on Loch Lomond is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant for Cameron Grill, our 180-cover grill restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders and support service with warmth and flair.

The role requires confident menu knowledge, teamwork with the kitchen, attention to presentation and exceptional guest care. We offer free meals on duty, pension, long service awards and extensive on-site discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor.
• Basic IT skills and ability to use handheld devices.
• Knowledge and certification of Food Hygiene requirements.

THE ROLE:

With ambition to be the best Grill Restaurant in Scotland, Cameron Grill sits in the heart of Cameron House with wonderful views across Loch Lomond. This setting is intimate, elegant and welcoming, whilst accommodating 180 covers.

Table side theatre and sommelier service delivered with flair will ensure Cameron Grill’s prominent role in delivering our vision to be Scotland’s leading 5* resort.

The scope of the role of Food and Beverage Assistant within the Cameron Grill is to create a warm welcome and create special memories through the fun and relaxed 5* service of food and beverage.
