Job summary

Crowne Plaza, Chester is looking for a friendly Food and Beverage Assistant to join our hospitality team. You will help serve guests, maintain dining areas and support events and daily operations with a can-do attitude.

This role suits someone who values service excellence, is flexible for evenings, weekends and holidays, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the F&B team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
