Job summary

Crowne Plaza, Chester is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage Assistant to join its team, delivering exceptional guest service and a memorable dining experience.

You will assist in food and beverage service, maintain dining areas, handle guest inquiries, and support event setups. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in a cheerful and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in operational duties, including setting up/clearing tables and restocking supplies.
• Assist with events and special functions coordination and execution.
• Ensure areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.

£12.71 per hour. Occasional Worker Contract

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Food andBeverage Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.

• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.

• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.

• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
